Hi, I’m Sarah.
I’m a mother to one and partner in crime to my other half. Working and studying part time I find I lack free time. When I do get it free time I don’t want to be searching the net for ideas on how to relax and look after myself!
This is where my idea for the Feel Good Archives came from.
The Feel Good Archives is great resource when it comes to finding books on all things self care.
I will be sharing with you a range of helpful books and resources on fitness and clean eating as well as relaxation ideas such as colouring, meditation and practicing mindful movement and gratitude.
Content will be added regularly in my blog. These are topics I have found helpful and of interest, as well as giving you an insight into my own journey. Furthermore I will be adding more resources to the Archives here as I find it.
